You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, delegate with confidence, and manage labour and stock with a focus on profitability and compliance. This role requires resilience in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for people and food.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Strong people development and performance coaching abilities.
• Launch and sustain high standards for guest service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant from the front with ownership of performance and culture.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through coaching and delegation.
• Attract and develop talent, creating clear progression paths.
• Set priorities and manage labour and stock to keep operations smooth.
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent guest experiences; act on feedback.
• Partner with Area Coach to drive long-term business success.
