Responsibilities

• Execute With Focus: Keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently by setting clear priorities, maintaining strong operational standards, and planning labour and stock effectively. Proactively remove any barriers that could impact performance or results.
• Fuel Exceptional Restaurant Experiences: Deliver a great guest experience by leading your team to provide fast, friendly, and consistent service. Use feedback to continually improve, make every guest feel welcome, and empower your team to resolve customer concerns confidently and professionally.
• Shape the Future: Shape the future of the restaurant by leading your team confidently through change, embracing new ways of working, and using insight to drive improvement. Work closely with your Area Coach to identify opportunities, plan ahead, and deliver long term business success.
