• Be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team
• Lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within Chino Latino and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
• Have previous experience asanFloor Manager or Senior F&B Supervisor/Team Leaderin a hotel’s restaurant and bar.
