Qualifications

• Experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation.
• Leader with strong motivation to inspire the team and drive service excellence.
• Experience delivering brilliant food and drink and outstanding customer service.
• Previous Floor Manager or Senior F&B Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel restaurant and bar.
