Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is seeking a Room Service and Executive Lounge Manager to lead in-room dining and executive lounge operations, delivering high standards of guest service in a luxury setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and front office, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will mentor teams, focus on training and development, and uphold our values while ensuring efficient, seamless service across dining and lounge experiences.

Qualifications

• Assists the Food and Beverage Management in overseeing daily operations of the in-room dining and Executive Lounge.
• Inspires, coaches and mentors team members.
• Focuses on team training and development, customer satisfaction, health & safety.
• Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment needed for room service and executive lounge operations.

• Assists with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as needed.
• Monitors performance metrics and suggests improvements to processes and service standards.

The Room Service Manager supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge service, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Room Service Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.
