Stanley House Hotel and Spa seeks an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operation, delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and driving commercial success.

This role oversees the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage management or hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop food and beverage team members.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and operational resources effectively.
• Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor costs, stock levels and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver operational excellence.
