Leaf Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager for Stanley House Hotel & Spa in the Ribble Valley to lead the restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing team.

You will partner with kitchen and hotel colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction, optimise service delivery and drive commercial performance while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Previous experience in a food and beverage management or hospitality leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar with exceptional service
• Recruit, train, coach and develop food and beverage team members
• Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and staff
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service quality
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and resources to support operations
• Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining guest experiences
• Monitor costs, stock levels and departmental performance
• Ensure licensing, health and safety and company standards compliance
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver operational excellence
