Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to take charge of the floor in our busy city-centre restaurant and bar. You will lead shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and help keep the operation running smoothly in a dynamic hotel setting.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills in meetings and events, working with the management team to deliver high standards of service and drive sales across food and drinks.

Formación

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar, ideally at supervisor or team leader level.
• Good drinks and food knowledge, with confidence recommending to guests.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Run shifts across our restaurant and bar, keeping service smooth from breakfast through to late evening.
• Make every guest feel welcome, whether they're stopping by for a drink or a full meal.
• Step in to resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
• Keep the bar and restaurant looking their best, with high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Support our events team in delivering conferences, meetings, and private events.
• Learn how events come together, from room layouts and AV to catering and service.
