Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee service across the restaurant and bar, leading shifts and upholding high guest experience standards.

You will support the events team, gain exposure to conferences and meetings, and mentor the F&B team while ensuring smooth operations. The role offers training and career progression within a busy 4-star hotel in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage with some leadership exposure.
• Desire to develop into a leadership role with training provided.
• Events experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts across restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and warm welcome.
• Support meetings, conferences, and private events from planning to delivery.
• Motivate and guide the F&B team; train new starters and share knowledge.
• Involved in stock, wastage, rota planning, and ensuring safety compliance.
