Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be someone who leads from the front to ensure the team deliver a memorable experience for every guest.,

• Ensures our restaurant and bar have a smooth service that makes guests want to return
• Inspires, coaches and mentors F&B team members
• Focuses on team training and development, customer satisfaction, health & safety
• Leads the restaurant and bar team by example and supports operations on the floor during service hours.

• Has previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager or Restaurant and Bar Manager in a hotel or restaurant Renowned for creating memorable moments, Park Plaza caters to both leisure and business travellers with stylish guest rooms and versatile meeting facilities, which are perfectly complemented by award-winning restaurants and bars.
• Salary: £32,600 per annum plus Service Charge -
• Up to £38,000 per annum inclusive of SC
