Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, part of PPHE Hotel Group, seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead and mentor teams across breakfast, events, restaurant and bar services. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure service excellence, and support budgeting and cost-control efforts to help achieve targets.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day F&B operations across breakfast, meeting events, restaurant and bar.

• Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards in line with policy.

The key role for you as our

• Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
• Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
• Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
• Has previous experience as a Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
