A leading circular economy company in the UK is seeking a Resourcing Partner to drive high-volume recruitment and source diverse talent. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, you will engage in proactive sourcing, screening, and pipeline management, supporting various operational functions across the UK and Netherlands. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a purpose-driven mindset. Join a collaborative team focused on building the world’s largest trading platform for pre-loved items.
At Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, our People Team is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience, from first interaction to long-term growth. Within the team, our Talent Acquisition function is dedicated to finding, engaging, and hiring people who share our purpose: creating a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team that partners across the business to attract brilliant talent. Whether it’s Operations, Logistics, Tech, or Commercial, we work closely with hiring managers to ensure every hire strengthens our culture and fuels our mission: to build the world’s largest trading platform for pre‑loved items, driven by people and data.
Beyond skills, we look for people who will add to our culture, not just fit in, individuals who bring fresh perspectives, curiosity, and creativity to help us scale sustainably.
As a Resourcing Partner, you’ll be the engine behind high-quality, high-volume hiring. This is a hands‑on sourcing role, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent at pace, while keeping the candidate experience human, warm, and values‑led.
You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver strong shortlists across operational functions. You’ll own the top of the recruitment funnel, from role intake support, proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management, ensuring TA Partners and hiring managers have consistent access to engaged, well‑matched talent.
This role will support our current markets, UK and Netherlands, with plans to support across other regions as defined in the global hiring plan. You’ll become a confident super‑user of Pinpoint, ensuring our pipelines are proactive, organised, and insight‑led.
At Vintage.com, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and able to bring their authentic self to work. We believe that diversity fuels innovation, creativity, and success.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, and we work hard to ensure equitable opportunities for all. If you're excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply; your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we need now or in the future.
If you need any adjustments or accommodations during the hiring process, just let us know and we’ll do our best to support you.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, part of Vintage.com, exist to create a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted, on a global scale.
Together, we form the UK and European operations of the Vintage Group, united by one purpose, one mission, and one set of values.
Vintage Cash Cow is our UK operation and the foundation of our business. It’s where our model was built, tested, and proven, making it easy for customers to sell multiple pre‑loved valuables in one simple, trusted journey. Arcavindi is our European operation. Built on the same proven model, it takes what works in the UK and adapts it for new markets across Europe, allowing us to scale our impact internationally.
While our brands reflect different markets, we are one business, working as one team. Our people collaborate across borders, share ownership of outcomes, and bring the same care, fairness, and common sense to everything we do.
Behind the scenes, we are building the world’s largest international trading platform for pre‑loved items, powered by expert people, smart data, and a shared belief in the circular economy.
Every item we buy is rehomed, reused, or responsibly recycled — keeping valuable materials in play and out of landfill, and ensuring we always treat customers and their treasures with care and respect.
