Job description

At Vintage Cash Cow and Arcavindi, our People Team is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience, from first interaction to long-term growth. Within the team, our Talent Acquisition function is dedicated to finding, engaging, and hiring people who share our purpose: creating a world where everything has value and nothing is wasted.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team that partners across the business to attract brilliant talent. Whether it’s Operations, Logistics, Tech, or Commercial, we work closely with hiring managers to ensure every hire strengthens our culture and fuels our mission: to build the world’s largest trading platform for pre‑loved items, driven by people and data.

Beyond skills, we look for people who will add to our culture, not just fit in, individuals who bring fresh perspectives, curiosity, and creativity to help us scale sustainably.

About the role

As a Resourcing Partner, you’ll be the engine behind high-quality, high-volume hiring. This is a hands‑on sourcing role, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent at pace, while keeping the candidate experience human, warm, and values‑led.

You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver strong shortlists across operational functions. You’ll own the top of the recruitment funnel, from role intake support, proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management, ensuring TA Partners and hiring managers have consistent access to engaged, well‑matched talent.

This role will support our current markets, UK and Netherlands, with plans to support across other regions as defined in the global hiring plan. You’ll become a confident super‑user of Pinpoint, ensuring our pipelines are proactive, organised, and insight‑led.

  • Immerse yourself in our story, values, and culture.
  • Understand our operational functions, teams, and hiring priorities.
  • Learn our recruitment stack (Pinpoint, HiBob, sourcing tools) and how we use it end‑to‑end.
  • Build strong working relationships with TA Partners, hiring managers, and People Operations.
  • Take ownership of sourcing and early‑stage recruitment delivery across your functions.
  • Build proactive pipelines and talent pools for critical and future roles.
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality shortlists that support faster hiring decisions.
  • Role‑model collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement across TA.
Driving Excellence…
  • Champion candidate experience through warm, clear, and timely comms.
  • Use creative, market‑aware sourcing approaches to reach diverse talent.
  • Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and funnel insight to improve decisions.
  • Support employer brand storytelling by sharing candidate feedback and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality, diverse shortlists within agreed timelines.
  • Achieve strong top‑of‑funnel throughput while maintaining experience quality.
  • Support ≤30 days average time‑to‑hire across roles owned by the TA team.
  • Build and sustain proactive pipelines in Pinpoint for priority functions.
  • Reduce agency dependency through direct sourcing.
  • Contribute to inclusive hiring and EVP initiatives through sourcing strategy and candidate insight.
Additional Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage talent for high-volume operational roles using creative, data‑informed strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, referrals, communities).
  • Partner with TA Partners at intake to define target profiles, priority skills, and sourcing plans.
  • Manage early recruitment stages: outreach, screening calls, talent qualification, and shortlist creation.
  • Act as a warm, transparent first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience.
  • Build, nurture, and segment talent pipelines in Pinpoint, keeping prospects engaged for current and future hiring.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, monitor funnel health, and share weekly sourcing/hiring insights with TA Partners.
  • Coordinate smooth handover to TA Partners for interview process and offer stages.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities to improve speed and quality.
  • Support employer branding and attraction activities (campaigns, communities, referrals, local networks).
  • Role‑model ownership, accountability, adaptability, and collaboration in every project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing (in‑house or agency), ideally high‑volume operational hiring.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability with evidence of maintaining active pipelines.
  • Comfortable running structured screening calls and assessing core role criteria.
  • Confident user of ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Pinpoint or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A curious, data‑informed, purpose‑driven mindset — balancing pace with empathy.
  • Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, French, or German) are a bonus.
