Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is currently seeking an HR Co‑Ordinator to join the Resourcing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports recruitment across Lincolnshire with a hybrid pattern of 1–2 days onsite at Orchard House B, Lincoln.

You’ll assist with onboarding, posting vacancies, candidate and manager liaison, arranging interviews, and maintaining recruitment data and reports, contributing to a high‑quality, citizen‑focused People Function.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is helpful, but just as important is your willingness to learn, contribute proactively, and make a difference.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
• Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Positive, resilient and solutions‑focused.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment activity across Lincolnshire County Council services
• Onboarding new starters, including pre‑employment checks
• Posting and managing vacancies, including school roles
• Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
• Arranging interviews and supporting assessment centres
• Maintaining recruitment systems, data, and reports
• Leading or contributing to projects alongside day‑to‑day operations
