Job summary

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is helping a Nottingham-based client recruit an experienced HR Coordinator for a fast-paced organisation. The role is a temporary assignment until December 2026 with hybrid working and occasional travel to Warwickshire.

You will provide administrative HR support and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy across the HR function. Interviews are this week with a planned start next week, ideal for candidates available immediately or finishing current

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR administrative support and handling employee records.
• Ability to produce HR documentation such as contracts and letters.
• Experience supporting onboarding, absence management and holiday records.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Producing HR documentation including contracts, letters and employee correspondence.
• Supporting onboarding and new starter administration.
• Assisting with absence management and holiday records.
• Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely manner.
