Job summary

Career Legal in London is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join its HR team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on, fast-paced role suits an HR professional who enjoys variety and can become a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.

You will cover the full employee lifecycle, deliver day-to-day HR operations, and support reporting, data management and HR projects. Hybrid working is available with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR function handling varied workload.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Acting as first point of contact for HR queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate key people processes and ensure HR activities are delivered efficiently.
• Manage requests via shared HR inboxes and respond within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain employee information across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support managers and employees through employment processes and admin requirements.
• Assist with preparing HR documentation, correspondence and communications.
• Support reporting, data management and process administration.
• Liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Support ongoing HR initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities.
