Job summary

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking an HR Advisor - Resourcing to join the HR - People & Resourcing team on a temporary maternity cover. The successful candidate will support the Senior HR Advisor in delivering resourcing activities and provide a professional, responsive HR service aligned with NIHE objectives and values.

This fixed-term role is based in Housing Centre, Belfast, and requires 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, until December 2026.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR experience, ideally in resourcing
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work professionally within an HR team

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior HR Advisor in delivering employee resourcing activities
• Providing a professional, responsive and efficient HR service
• Assisting with resourcing activities in line with organisational policies
