Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave on a site-based basis in Kingswinford. You will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and handle employee relations, HR administration, and payroll support under the Head of Finance.

The role is a 12-month maternity cover, Monday to Friday with free parking. The salary is £40,000, and you will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance across the group.

Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleHR, including holidays, expenses, sickness records and reporting.
• Support recruitment, from preparing job specifications through to onboarding and offboarding.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor sickness absence across the group, identify triggers and coordinate follow-up.
• Manage redundancy processes
• Update HR policies and track mandatory training.
• Support organisational structure updates.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Arrange accommodation bookings and provide fleet support.
