Job summary

Cloudscaler is seeking a Resourcing & Associate Manager in London to own the day-to-day matching of our people to client work and to build a pool of trusted associates for flexible capacity. You’ll oversee bench management, utilisation, and reporting, while driving AI-driven improvements to reduce admin and improve transparency across resourcing processes.

You will collaborate with Engine Room leadership, Delivery Managers and People Operations, shaping resourcing policies and the way we deploy

Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing, bench management and utilisation in a fast-moving services environment.
• Ability to source, onboard and manage a pool of associates for flexible capacity.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards and automation to improve throughput.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day resource matching across enterprise and growth engagements, from demand to placement and mobilisation.
• Balance billable utilisation with staff development and wellbeing, maintaining a forward view of availability.
• Build and manage an associate pool, onboarding, QA, engagement and offboarding; keep records up to date.
• Lead AI-first process improvements to reduce manual work and improve transparency in resourcing.
• Provide regular, clear updates on availability, assignments and bench position to senior stakeholders.
