Qualifications

• Proven experience in resource management, staffing, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
• Track record of matching people to work against multiple criteria.
• Experience building or managing an associate, contractor, or freelance network is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own resource assignments across enterprise and growth client engagements from demand through placement and mobilisation.
• Source associates proactively based on recurring demand and pipeline.
• Build, curate, and grow a trusted associate pool.
• Coordinate associate contracts, rates, compliance, and IR35 status with Commercial and People Operations.
