Job summary

the company is scaling rapidly and deliberately, and this new Resourcing & Associate Manager role sits at the heart of how we allocate talent to client work. You will own day-to-day matching across enterprise engagements and build an associate pool to provide flexible capacity.

You will implement bench and utilisation policies, drive AI-enabled automation, and partner with Engine Room, People operations, and Delivery Managers to keep assignments fast and fair while maintaining high data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resource management, staffing, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
• Experience in consultancy, professional services, or technology delivery.
• Experience building or managing an associate, contractor, or freelance network is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable balancing billable utilisation with people development.
• Familiarity with IR35 and contractor compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own resource matching across enterprise and growth client engagements from demand to mobilisation.
• Match people by skills, experience, career goals, and location preferences.
• Maintain forward-looking view of availability and end dates; flag capacity gaps early.
• Build and manage an associate pool, onboarding, quality assurance, and offboarding.
• Drive AI-enabled tooling and automation to reduce manual effort in resourcing.
