Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Platform & Site Reliability Engineering Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead cloud operating model transformation efforts in London. You will advise on AI integration, governance, and automation while aligning service management with client strategy.

With experience across cloud platforms and ITIL foundations, you will influence multi‑industry client engagements and help build AI‑driven, governance‑aware operating models within Capgemini’s Cloud Advisory unit.

Qualifications

• Requirements include experience transforming businesses through technology and redefining operational processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, with interest in automation and AI integration.
• ITIL V4 and/or V5 Foundation certification or higher is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into cloud operating models.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and security best practices.
• Background in consulting or industry roles in matrixed organizations.
• Curiosity and continuous learning in AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on the operational and organizational impacts of cloud transformation, aiding in AI-ready business models.
• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to pinpoint areas for improvement, focusing on standardization and automation.
• Design future-state cloud operating models and service management frameworks aligned with clients’ strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud operating model transformations using operational metrics.
