Job summary

Matchtech in Romsey is seeking an experienced Resource Manager to support a technology-focused organisation. Based in Romsey, you will ensure skilled and available people are allocated to projects and other business-critical requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in resource management, workforce planning or operational resourcing.
Experience within Professional Services, technology, engineering or similar matrix organisations is beneficial.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
Proactive, resilient approach with strong problem-solving capacity.
Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

Capture and understand project resource demand.
Identify suitably skilled and available resources across the organisation.
Allocate people to project delivery and short-turnaround requirements.
Work with Resource Managers, Line Managers and project stakeholders to balance competing priorities.
Resolve resource conflicts and support effective workforce planning.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
