Qualifications

• Experience in resource management within a technical matrix organisation.
• Experience allocating people to project assignments and bids.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture project demand and identify suitable people with availability across the business.
• Allocate resources to project delivery and short-turnaround bid opportunities.
• Balance competing priorities while securing appropriate skills within required timescales.
• Collaborate with fellow Resource Managers and Line Managers to support professional development and project demands.
• Resolve resourcing conflicts and provide practical solutions in a fast-changing environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units and corporate services.
• Provide clear updates and resource insights using appropriate reporting and dashboard tools.
