Job summary

Matchtech in Romsey is seeking an experienced Resource Manager to support a technology-focused organisation. Based in Romsey, you will ensure skilled and available people are allocated to projects and other business-critical requirements.

A proactive, resilient approach and strong stakeholder management are essential. Responsibilities include balancing priorities, resolving conflicts, and working with line managers to optimise workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning or operational resourcing.
• Experience within Professional Services, technology, engineering or similar matrix organisations is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Proactive, resilient approach with strong problem-solving capacity.
• Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.

We are recruiting an experienced Resource Manager to support a technology-focused organisation based in Romsey.

Working within a central Resource and Operations function, you will help ensure appropriately skilled and available people are assigned to projects and other business-critical requirements.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience in resource management, workforce planning or operational resourcing.
