• Comfort with learning new systems and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Response Repairs operational teams with day‑to‑day scheduling of responsive repairs.
• Balance priorities, skills, location and customer commitments to optimise resource use.
• Maintain accurate records and progress appointments across systems.
