Job summary

Aster Group is seeking three Resource & Scheduling Coordinators for a six month fixed term contract. You will support Response Repairs teams and Surveyors, ensuring works are planned and coordinated to deliver a high quality service.

You will manage day-to-day scheduling of repairs, coordinate contractors, chase updates, maintain records, and produce regular KPI reports to drive service improvements while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or coordination.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable learning new systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Confident communicator with operatives, supervisors, customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Day to day scheduling of responsive repairs, balancing priorities, skills, location and customer commitments.
• Manage work orders, confirm appointments, chase outstanding works and resolve delays.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and colleagues to keep records up to date.
• Organise and lead contractor review and WIP meetings; prepare agendas and actions.
• Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports highlighting performance and trends.
