Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is expanding its Fashion & Apparel operations with a new distribution site in Burnley (BB10). As a Resource Planning Administrator you will support labour plans, staffing levels and workforce data to align with operational requirements.

The role involves working with operational leaders, HR colleagues and agency partners to ensure the site has the resources needed to deliver excellent service. This full-time, permanent position is 37.5 hours per week, 5 days in 7.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and workforce planning.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong IT skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain labour plans across the site.
• Monitor staffing levels and labour utilisation.
• Liaise with agency providers and operational teams.
• Prepare reports and analyze workforce data.
