Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is expanding its UK fashion and apparel distribution network and opening a new site in Burnley. We are seeking Control Room Coordinators to help launch and run a high-performing operation from the ground up, coordinating workflow and supporting automation.

These full-time, permanent roles operate on a 4 on 4 off pattern, 42 hours per week, with fixed day or night shifts. Competitive salary and benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations is essential.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with warehouse management systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and release work through warehouse systems to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and imbalances before they impact performance.
• Monitor automation, conveyors and control systems and escalate issues to engineering when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with site leaders, engineers and support teams across shifts.
• Complete system reporting, shift handovers and logs for continuity.
