GXO Logistics, Inc. is launching a new distribution site in Burnley and seeks Control Room Administrators to help build a high-performing operation from the ground up. You will coordinate workflow, monitor automation, and support engineers to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.

The role is full-time with a 4-on/4-off pattern, 42 hours per week, on-site in Burnley. A competitive salary, pension, private medical and other perks are included, along with a comprehensive benefits platform.

Exciting things are happening at GXO! We're delighted to announce the expansion of our Fashion & Apparel operations with the launch of our newest distribution site in Burnley (BB10).

Following significant investment, this site is being brought back to life and will become a key part of our growing UK network. We're now looking for Control Room Administrators to join our team and help build a high-performing operation from the ground up.

Operating from the heart of the site, you'll play a critical role in coordinating workflow, supporting warehouse automation and ensuring operational priorities are delivered. Combining elements of wave planning, work release and automation monitoring, you'll work closely with operational leaders, engineers and colleagues across the site to maintain service levels, maximise efficiency and quickly resolve issues before they impact performance.

These are full time, permanent positions working on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern for 42 hours per week on either fixed days or fixed nights.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum, and 23.5 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
