Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Burnley is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to support the site's H&S function, ensuring compliance, reporting and administration are delivered accurately. Working with the H&S team and site colleagues, you will promote a safe and compliant working environment.

This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary up to £30,000 with strong benefits including a company pension, private medical & dental insurance, a 24/7 online GP service and more.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely.
• Previous experience as an Administrator or in a Safety role.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of health and safety activities across the site.
• Maintain accident records, trackers, reports and related documentation.
• Organise meetings, prepare communications and record meeting minutes where required.
• Compile audit results, compliance reports and performance data for the H&S team.
• Provide administrative support for projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
