GXO Logistics, Inc. is launching a new automated distribution site in Burnley and seeks experienced Control Room Shift Managers to lead day-one operations.

You will own workflow planning, work release, and real-time problem solving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring targets are met and risks are managed. The role offers a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with a salary up to £40,580 per annum, plus a range of benefits and a pension.

Competenze

• Experience leading a warehouse control room.
• Experience planning workflow and prioritising activities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong systems knowledge with WMS and operational technology.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Control Room team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee release and prioritisation of work to meet service levels.
• Manage and monitor automation performance; identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and support functions during downtime.
• Use data to identify trends and drive improved workflow and performance.
