Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Resource Planning Administrator to support efficient operation by aligning labour plans, staffing levels and workforce data with requirements.

You will work with operational leaders, HR and agency partners to ensure the site has the resources needed to deliver excellent service. This role suits someone who enjoys data analysis, coordinating stakeholders and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, workforce planning, resource planning or operational support.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain labour plans to support operational requirements across the site
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance and labour utilisation, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Liaise with agency providers and operational teams to support resource requirements
• Prepare reports and analyse workforce data to support operational decision-making
• Maintain accurate workforce records, schedules and planning documentation.
