Job summary

VIVID in Basingstoke is seeking a Resource Planner to join the planning team. This full-time role (37 hours per week) requires you to work in the office four days a week, coordinating repairs and maintenance appointments and ensuring timely attendance and updates for customers and contractors.

You will use scheduling systems, monitor diary utilisation, and liaise with other planning teams to allocate trades staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Comfort with using scheduling software.
• Professional telephone manner required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repairs & maintenance efficiently.
• Ensure appointments are attended and rescheduled as needed.
• Monitor diaries and maximise resource utilisation.
• Provide information to managers to monitor compliance.
• Assist trades staff with handheld devices and troubleshoot issues.
• Liaise with other planning teams to allocate staff.
