Job summary

BDR Thermea Group Warwick is seeking an Operations Support - Resource Planner to maximise field engineer utilisation and meet service SLAs. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate visits, and support engineers and the contact centre to deliver premium customer service.

The role reports to the Resource Planning Manager and requires strong planning systems experience. You’ll work Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays, in a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Warwick.

Responsibilities

• Plan the field workforce schedule using the system with minimal manual input.
• Export engineer workloads to maximise utilisation and minimise travel.
• Create visits and order parts from internal/external warehouses with cost awareness.
• Collaborate with Field Team Managers to ensure efficient workload and first-time fix.
• Order parts to ensure engineers have items required for scheduled visits.
• Support on-time, reliable visits and manage customer communications promptly.
• Monitor jeopardy of jobs and prioritise work to meet commitments.
