Job summary

Moness Resort in Aberfeldy seeks a Food and Beverage Assistant to work across our restaurants, bars, and banquet catering. You will collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver warm, professional service to guests, including those staying in cottages and enjoying a Scottish breakfast.

You will upsell, knowledgeably guide wine pairings, maintain dining areas, process payments, and support junior staff while ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or resort environments is preferred.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication and guest relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, professional service across restaurants and bars.
• Prepare dining areas, ensure cleanliness and presentation, and assist with events.
• Serve food and drinks, upsell items, and know daily specials and wine pairings.
• Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle transactions.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and support junior team members when needed.
