Job summary

The Torridon, a family-owned, five-star boutique resort in the Scottish Highlands, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will deliver friendly, attentive service across restaurants, bars, lounges, room service and events to ensure every guest feels welcomed and special.

No formal qualifications are essential as full training is provided; a positive attitude and a keen interest in luxury hospitality are valued. Live-in accommodation may be available with meals provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service across venues.
Set up, maintain and clean service areas to five-star standards.
Deliver food and drinks with accuracy and care.
Learn menus, wines, allergens and daily specials to speak confidently with guests.
Work with teams across Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front of House and Housekeeping to support smooth service.
Restock and complete service checks during quieter periods.
Respond to guest questions and feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
