Job summary

Crieff Hydro Hotel in Perthshire is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to join our food and beverage team. You’ll help deliver the many events and weddings we host, providing exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced setting and supporting the team across busy periods.

The role is permanent, 32 hours per week with extra hours as events require, typically 16:00–03:00. Live-in accommodation may be available; benefits include tips, staff discounts, career progression and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business.
• Hospitality enthusiasm and a genuine smile help you get it right for the customer.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is good, but the right attitude counts most.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests in Banqueting and Events and help deliver weddings and events year-round.
• Work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with late shifts as events require.
• Support the team during events, ensuring high standards of service.
