Job summary

Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, is hiring a self-employed Resolution Field Agent. You will visit properties to resolve utility accounts, reconnect services, and support customers in financial difficulty.

Flexible schedule, with a guaranteed daily rate and full training. Opportunities to progress into other roles within the business across pre-agreed postcode areas in the UK.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ compliance for London work where applicable.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Ability to work independently while following policies and objectives.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts and service reconnection tasks.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty and arrange reconnections as needed.
• Collect accurate information and manage disputes per company procedures.
