Job summary

Engage Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits to homes and businesses, resolving customer accounts and reconnecting services. The role supports customers facing financial difficulty and involves collecting meter readings across various streams.

The position offers flexible working patterns (minimum 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day), with either part-time or full-time engagement and a guaranteed daily rate.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London work.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment plans.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Professional, effective communication with customers and clients.
• Ability to work independently following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Provide support to customers in financial difficulty.

• Work within pre-agreed postcode areas.
