Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is hiring a Resolution Field Agent. The role involves field visits to residential and commercial properties, resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services and offering support to customers in financial difficulty.

Work is self-employed with flexible hours across UK regions. Requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle with business insurance, a clean DBS check and a healthy credit history.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history; CCJs considered with repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts.
• Reconnect services and support customers in financial difficulty.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts across commercial & residential sectors.
• Record accurate utility meter readings and document outcomes.
