National Highways is seeking a Senior Network Planner - Resilience to lead the development and delivery of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans. Based in a Bristol or Exeter office with hybrid working, you will guide processes, adopt best practice, and provide strategic advice.

You will liaise with regional operations and stakeholders, manage Network Resilience funding, and drive improvements to protect customers and maintain service levels during incidents and extreme weather.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Civil Contingency Act 2004 (desirable).
• Experience creating response plans and managing debriefs (desirable).
• Ability to implement crisis management procedures and policies.
• Good communications and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of resilience, emergency and severe weather response plans.
• Develop processes and procedures adopting best practice and insights.
• Lead liaison with regional Operations and wider stakeholders to minimise impact of events.
• Manage Network Resilience funding and identify schemes aligned to risk.
• Analyse effectiveness of existing plans and implement improvements.
