Job summary

Witherslack Group is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker. You’ll help young people with SEMH, support school readiness, homework, and activities, delivering care that can change a child’s life.

Starting with a 4-week Care Academy induction, you’ll join a team with opportunities to progress through the Aspire programme; benefits include 7 weeks holiday, meals on site, and a range of wellbeing and financial perks.

Responsibilities

• You’ll take care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories.
• Help with getting up and ready for school, completing homework, paperwork and planning activities.
• Evenings and weekends are for fun, whether that’s gaming, sports, film days or outings.
• Join the Care Academy and complete 4 weeks of off-the-job training to feel confident and ready to support our young people.
