Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor for remote working with options for full-time or part-time arrangements. The role covers Dartford and South East London, offering flexibility, pre-booked appointments, and dedicated administrative support to help you manage your workload effectively.

You will conduct residential valuations and Level 2 surveys, producing reports with market-leading technology while maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified.
• Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered.
• Previous experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential property and surveying principles.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Role
