Compass Community Limited is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help children live healthier, safer lives. You will support children's activities, health and wellbeing, and maintain strong relationships with every child while working as part of a caring team in a residential setting.

The role offers progression toward a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, supported by Compass through training and shadow shifts, with DBS checks and references required for appointment.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years of age or above to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
• Must have a valid manual driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate children activities and appointments, safeguarding health and wellbeing.
• Meet a variety of children and young people with varying supervision needs.
• Support the wider team with domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
• Create timetables, manage paperwork and write reports.
