Job summary

Caretech is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for Tower View to support our young people with daily routines, school readiness, meals, and activity planning in a family-like home. You will help update care plans and ensure the children feel heard and valued, building trust and emotional support through everyday interactions.

A Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care and a full UK manual driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using an electronic care recording system daily.
• Willingness to develop through supported training.
• Manual UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and school readiness for children.
• Update and follow care plans with input from young people.
• Work as part of a team to provide emotional support.
• Plan and participate in activities and outings.
• Maintain a welcoming, homely environment with light housekeeping.
