Job summary

CareTech is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker in Delph, Oldham. You will help young people with daily routines, schooling preparation, meal times and activities, ensuring care plans remain current and responsive.

Applicants should have Level 3/4 in Children’s Residential Care, a valid UK driving licence, and be comfortable with sleep-ins. Training for Clearcare and progression are offered. This is a full-time role in a supportive home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care is preferred and values-based approach.
• Must be able to pursue Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
• Full UK driving licence is essential to use company cars.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines and school/college readiness.
• Keep care plans up to date with input from children.
• Record and monitor records using electronic care systems.
