You will work with colleagues across the home and community, help with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning, and contribute to accurate record keeping and ongoing development of the service.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times while collaborating with staff.
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Create positive relationships, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping.
• Review changes to residents' needs and update records.
• Contribute to the development of the team.
