Job summary

Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our Kingsbrook House team. You will help nurture and support vulnerable young people, building strong, trusting relationships in a stable, caring home environment.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role due to location. We support continuous CPD and development opportunities, with automatic enrollment onto NVQ/SVQ qualifications within 6 months and a clear pathway for progression within the organisation.

This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
