Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our children’s home in England. You will engage with children and young people aged 8–18 with EBD, supporting daily activities, education and independence while building trusting relationships.
You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and a commitment to safeguarding. The role offers continuous CPD, development opportunities, and a clear progression path within Aspris.
Our childrens home is beautiful 3 bed childrens home, Our Residential Support Workers engage with children and young people aged 8 - 18 years with EBD, complex and challenging behaviours. The overall focus of the home is to achieve positive outcomes for young people, we do this through multi‑agency working, personalised care planning and creating positive attachments.
Due to the nature of the role, we are only able to consider candidates who currently hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be at the centre of the fun! Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously. This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
