Our Children's Home in South Shore are looking for compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Support Workers to join our 4 - bedded children's home, supporting young people aged 7-18, with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We believe every child deserves to feel listened to, cared for and given the best opportunities in supporting daily routines such as, education, hobbies, and recreational activities, alongside promoting independence skills, building resilience, and creating positive relationships. Our priority is to help create and provide a safe, structured, fun and nurturing family style home, where each young person is supported to build resilience, overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
At our home in South Shore, we have an onsite gym, a spacious garden with both a basketball and football net, and have great links to a wider range of local amenities and leisure activities to create new experiences.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need a full UK driving license, along with your NVQ level 3 in residential childcare.

No two days are the same, from supporting with daily routines and fun activities, to managing challenging situations and celebrating achievements.
